I’m a Melbourne-based Slack and Salesforce consultant helping small businesses get more from the tools they’re already paying for. With 18+ Salesforce certifications and both Slack Administrator and Slack Consultant credentials, I’m one of a small number of consultants in Australia who’s genuinely expert in both platforms. I’m also a certified AI-Empowered SAFe® Product Owner/Manager, bringing agile and AI delivery experience to every engagement.
I work with businesses at every stage — first-time setups, messy implementations that need untangling, and teams who have the tools but aren’t getting value from them. My background is in operations and change management, which means I focus on what actually works for your people, not just what looks good on paper.
My path here wasn’t conventional. I spent years as a Chief Stewardess on luxury yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean, then ran a travel agency before returning to Melbourne in 2019. When 2020 arrived and everything changed, I pivoted into Salesforce — and haven’t looked back. That career history gives me something most tech consultants don’t have: I genuinely understand operations, people, and the chaos of running a small business.
Since 2023 I’ve co-led the Salesforce User Group Melbourne, and the Melbourne Slack Chapter — two of the most active tech communities in the city. It’s where I stay sharp, give back, and connect with the people and businesses shaping how these platforms are used in Australia.
