I’m a spirited adventurer at heart, now navigating the exciting waters of technology and innovation. As a proud mum of two and partner to my Georgia Boy, my journey has been as diverse as it has been thrilling. From sailing the Mediterranean and Caribbean seas as a Chief Stewardess on luxury yachts to exploring the world as a Travel Agent, I’ve always embraced change with enthusiasm.

In late 2019, life took another exciting turn. I left my travel agency behind, packed our lives, and returned to my roots in Melbourne, Australia. Then 2020 arrived, a year of unprecedented challenges and opportunities, propelling me into an entirely new realm – the dynamic world of Salesforce.

As I’ve dived into this new chapter, I’ve not only honed my skills in strategic thought leadership and change management but also become a champion for user adoption and ROI improvement. In my current role as the Salesforce Lead for a professional services company, I leverage my diverse experiences, guiding and mentoring teams towards transformative growth and success. This includes all the fun stuff that’s part of using Slack as your digital headquarters!

My passion lies in the operations side of businesses, understanding their needs from an architectural perspective. I thrive on getting down into the technical nitty-gritty while keeping an eye on the overarching view. I love working with people across different departments, identifying what’s working well and uncovering the day-to-day challenges that consume more time than they should. My goal is to design effective solutions that improve the experience and efficiency for everyone.

I’m continually excited about the possibilities this journey offers for my professional development. This includes constantly sharpening my skills with tools like Workato for seamless data transformation and automation, exploring the power of AI in facilitating technological advancements, and diving deep into Salesforce Agents and their Slack integration. In this ever-evolving landscape, I stand ready to lead, inspire, and drive meaningful change.
