Just over a year ago, I helped a small business move from spreadsheets to Salesforce Starter, marking the beginning of their journey toward better efficiency and growth. Recently, we took it further by implementing key automations using Zapier. In just a few hours, I created an automation from Salesforce to Xero that saves their part-time admin over 10 hours per week on repetitive tasks. Now, she can focus on more impactful work instead of manual data entry.
We also added an AI-powered chatbot to their website. Although the site already had the necessary information, customers often prefer quick answers to their questions. With only two people managing the business, responding to web form submissions took valuable time. The chatbot now handles these routine inquiries, allowing the team to concentrate on strategic efforts.
The real cherry on top? The business owner now has a bit more freedom in their day—and they’ve even taken up sports, with pickleball being their latest passion.
