An ex-colleague who I admire and was super kind with his time and knowledge in my first Salesforce role just shared this image with me.
I think it needs a new title because there are many of us who have both!
SF PROFESSIONALS WITH CERTS & SKILLS
Heading into my second week in my new role is just as exciting as the first. It was so tempting to spend the weekend studying up on areas I thought would help me. However, I was reminded on Friday that balance is important and to savor downtime to recharge for the week ahead.
Life had other plans, though. A calendar reminder while I was prepping dinner at 4:50 PM on Sunday derailed my good intentions.
I had rescheduled the Salesforce Advanced Administrator exam several times over the past year and then promptly forgot about it. It seemed today was the day!

To my surprise and delight, the words PASS appeared after submitting the exam (skipping the survey naturally!).
Imposter syndrome is a very real thing. I hear jokes about it (kinda serious/half-joking), but I know that many of us still have that little bit of doubt if we actually know what we think we know (and what others think we know!).
In moments like these, it’s important to recognize and celebrate our achievements. We are more capable than we sometimes believe. Onward to week two with renewed confidence and excitement!
