After four months, my latest contract wrapped up with a bang on Friday amidst the upheaval of the Crowdstrike outage. The adventure concluded meeting some of the team in-person in both Melbourne and Brisbane (I squeezed in a quick trip this past week π the Melbourne weather was dragging me down….π₯ΆβοΈ)
π Working at the enterprise level with an internal team, I had the privilege to collaborate across multiple cross-functional squads, all of us growing together and embracing agile methodologies. π Along the way, I built a solid knowledge base in banking processes and the nCino platform. πΌπ‘
Community events have been thriving! π We’ve hosted several virtual events for both the Melbourne User Group and the Melbourne Slack Chapter. This week, I’m particularly excited about hosting an in-person event for the Melbourne Slack Community. π It’s shaping up to be an amazing learning and networking opportunity, and I can’t wait to see everyone there. π€β¨
After this coming week of downtime (can I call it that??) I’m thrilled to be starting my next role as a Salesforce Lead with an amazing company. π I feel incredibly blessed by the opportunities that have come my way over the past few years. These roles have not only helped me grow the skills I’m passionate about but have also allowed me to contribute my best to the teams I’ve been part of. πͺπ
September is fast approaching, and with it, my third Dreamforce! π Even though I declared last year that I couldn’t make the journey again, here I am, gearing up and just as excited as ever to dive back into learning and connecting with the Salesforce community. ππ¬
Feeling grateful and excited for what’s next! π
