Leveling Up Training for a Non-Profit

So, the last couple of months? They’ve been pretty full-on. I’ve been diving deep into a project with an amazing team, working on jazzing up their Salesforce training materials. It’s been quite the ride, full of learning, sharing, and a whole lot of Salesforce love.

Diving Into the Deep End

First off, Confluence has become my new best friend. Who knew documentation could be so fun? And then there’s Loom and Canvaβ€”these are pretty familiar to me for a very good reason. Using these tools, I’ve been crafting bite-sized training nuggets that are as easy to digest as your favorite snack. It’s all about making the complex world of Salesforce a walk in the park for everyone, no matter where they’re at with their Salesforce skills.

Spicing Up the User Experience

Being a bit of a Salesforce geek, I couldn’t help but dive into the UX side of things. I’ve been thinking through ideas for sprucing up page layouts and streamlining processes, all with the goal of making things smoother and more intuitive for the users. It’s kind of like redecorating a room so it not only looks better but works better for you. Seeing those changes roll out and make everyone’s life a bit easier? Yeah, that’s the good stuff.

Next Stop: Salesforce World Tour Sydney!

The adventure continues! I’m super pumped to be heading to Sydney this week for the Salesforce World Tour. It’s a jam-packed schedule with events lined up before and after the main show. Sure, it means long days ahead, but this annual pilgrimage is a highlight of my year. It’s an unbeatable mix of learning new things, networking, and just soaking in all things Slack and Salesforce. This community, these events, they’re where I recharge my professional batteries and get inspired for the next big thing.

I have to give a huge shoutout to the ChatGPT Image Generator for the image accompanying this post. I’ve been having a blast experimenting with this tool! !!
