Yesterday I completed my second Superbadge from the Admin Super Set. The Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist . Exciting stuff right? For us geeks it was actually pretty cool, Dashboards are my favourites so far, I like bringing all the reports together in an easy to read display. The settings you can tweak and filters to simplify for end users make it even better.
Six months ago none of that would have had any impact on me. I started with zero knowledge of Salesforce or the possibilities it would open for me.
My lovely friend Lara shared the trailhead.com website with me and suggested I take a look. I downloaded the app and created some logins and thought let’s see where this goes. Then I was overwhelmed and sat back for 2 months before logging in and trying again.
Following Lara’s suggestion, I started down the Trailmix for Admins and got my bearings with the words and references. This took longer than I hoped but the journey had begun.
